Huslas Clothing – Store Policies

1. Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days.

  • Tracking numbers will be provided once your order ships.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for store credit only.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Sale items and custom pieces are final sale.

3. Order Issues

  • If there’s an issue with your order (wrong item, damaged, etc.), email us within 3 days of receiving it.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

4. Payments

  • We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

  • All prices are in USD.

1. Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed in 1–3 business days.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days.

  • You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

2. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all lip gloss sales are final.

  • No returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Send an email with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

  • We’ll happily replace the item or offer store credit.

4. Payments

  • We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

  • All prices are listed in USD.

5. Product Safety

  • All glosses are handmade with skin-safe, cruelty-free ingredients.

  • Please do a patch test before use if you have sensitive skin.
